Inspired by this tradition, our culinary team presents Pumpkin from Mantua. This seasonal menu reinterprets this celebrated ingredient through refined textures, authentic recipes, and the comforting character of Italian cuisine.

From a delicate pumpkin flan and handcrafted ravioli to a freshly baked pizza, each creation highlights the warm golden colour and naturally smooth flavour of pumpkin in a distinctive way.

Ravioli di Zucca e Salsiccia

Handcrafted pumpkin ravioli served with apple mustard, crispy Italian sausage, and Parmesan cheese. The gentle sweetness of the pumpkin filling meets savoury sausage and the subtle fruitiness of apple mustard, creating a beautifully layered dish that is both comforting and refined.
